We have an immediate need for a Data Entry Specialist/Investment Operations Associate at a leading financial investment firm conveniently located in Newtown, PA. This is a full time direct hiring opening.
Job Duties Include:
- gather data from various sources such as custody banks and investment companies, via direct communication and secure/web-based portals.
- file the data accordingly and make necessary inputs to reporting software.
- calculate and reconcile investment returns and transaction history.
- identify investment return differences and work with a team to problem solve any discrepancies.
- generate reports based on the data and information collected. Assist in customizing sections of client reporting based on various factors such as portfolio recommendations and compliance violations.
- Other project-based work, as assigned.
Job Requirements Include:
- proficient in MS Office - especially Excel
- Bachelors degree preferred
- quick and accurate data entry skills
- strong attention to detail
- well organized
- team player
