We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients, handling policy transactions, and generating cross-sell and bundling opportunities. The base salary ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and ability to quantify past performance, with 2%- 9% commission on new business and up to 1% commission on renewal business on your book.

Renewal Commission
Responsibilities- Perform Customer Policy Reviews (CPRs), aiming for 20 per month.
- Complete policy endorsements, with a goal of 60 per month.
- Generate cross-sell opportunities, aiming to quote 60 policies per month from referrals.
- Write bundled policies, with a goal of 30 per month from referrals.
- Achieve preferred bundles, with a goal of 15 per month from referrals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and explaining coverages.
- Obtain cross-sales opportunities and generate bundling opportunities.
- Presently have (or be able to obtain) either an Alaska P&C or Personal Lines insurance license.
- Have either 2 or more years of Allstate experience, or at least 3 years' experience with other insurance carriers or brokers.
- Experience servicing and/or selling auto, homeowners, condo, landlord, renters, scheduled personal property, motorhomes, recreational (ATVs), and boat insurance policies.
- Preferred but not required: experience writing and/or servicing umbrella, flood, and earthquake policies.
- Strong proficiency in performing policy reviews, endorsements, and explaining coverages.
