Allstate Exteriors is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson looking to take the next step in their career!
In this position, you will be responsible for driving a team of door-to-door canvassers and sales reps following our industry leading sales process. This will be accomplished by training, motivating, and managing the team. You will be out in the field a minimum of 35 hours a week leading the team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build relationships
• Lead a team of canvassers and sales representatives
• Manage and maintain accurate customer records
• Track lead and prospect information in the company CRM
• Scope and bid projects
• Prep estimates and quotes for customers

Requirements

• Leadership abilities
• Excellent presentation skills

• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Proficient in Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
• Door to door Canvassing or Door to door sales are a major plus!
