About the Role :
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Ami Boal-Bennett in Vancouver, WA.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys interacting with customers, and is looking to grow in the insurance industry.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 45AM to 5 : 00PM
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with processing insurance policy applications and claims
- Maintain a tidy and organized office space
- Assist agents with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
