This position is responsible for driving new business into our office while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential.

The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who wants to help people!

Candidates must have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals
• Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
• Follow all company rules and regulations
• Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements

Requirements

• Enjoy Sales
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License
• 1 Year of Sales Experience
• Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
• Be highly attentive to details
• Strong organization and time management skills
