Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed (preferred)
- English/Spanish Bilingual (helpful)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers.
- Willingness to obtain or possession of a property and casualty license, showcasing your commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred, as it provides a solid foundation for success.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
