Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Sales Producer. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting customer needs assessments, providing insurance recommendations, preparing quotes, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.

• Insurance and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate insurance options and benefits to customers
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Training and development skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred (we will assist if not licensed)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
