Job Description

Allstate Insurance Company is hiring for two Administrative Coordinators, each supporting two Directors and their team for our Independent Agency Sales Division.

This is a remote opportunity but may be required to travel minimally to support the Directors. As an Administrative Coordinator, your duties will include meeting coordination and support, zone supply ordering, managing calendars, submitting expenses, sponsorship and promotion intake submissions and new hire administration support as well as providing varied administrative support to multiple managers and staff by applying in-depth knowledge of department policy and organization.

The Independent Agency Sales Division is a great organization that can be quite fast paced in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepares presentations independently

Utilizes required standard and specialized software applications

Identifies, initiates, recommends, and implements corrective action within department

Handles multiple demands on an on-going basis including difficult situations

Assimilates, gathers and summarizes detailed information for a response / decision

Trains and leads routine work processes

Work under general direction

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

0-2 years experience (Preferred)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills :

Advanced communication skills are required to initiate oral and written response to inquiries regarding routine situations

Ability to prioritize work and organize own time

Ability to complete a professional document utilizing basic grammar, spelling, and format skills

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $20 - 34 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
