Our 50 year Allstate Insurance agency is looking to hire an Insurance Sales Representative. As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policy, with appropriate coverage, at the best possible price.

This position offers a base pay commissions bonuses. Agents will earn around $55-$85,000 per year. However, our top Agents can earn much more.

You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

-This position is full time, M-Th 9am-5:30pm Fri 9am-5pm.

Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

- Generating insurance quotes.

- Be outstanding at relationship building.

Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

- Professional phone etiquette.

- Problem-Solving Capabilities.

- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.

- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred

-Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.

-Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.

-Must be good with technology.
