Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer service requests.
• Process payments and complete customer policy changes.
• Outbound service initiative calls
• Securing required customer documentaiton and service forms.
• Support sales agents efforts by completing administrative work
• Develop insurance quotes from current customers as referrals to sales agents.

Requirements

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license strongly preferred or candidates in the process of obtaining this license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Confident and motivated who works well independently.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone
• Typing accuracy and computer skills needed
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
