We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a base salary of $18-20 per hour, with first-year projected earning potential of $50,000-$60,000, including commissions and bonuses. We are looking for someone already licensed, preferably with an active P&C License, or someone with a strong sales background willing to obtain their license.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.

• Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Requirements

• License Requirement: Preferred candidate would already have their Property and Casualty License or someone with a strong sales background that is willing to obtain their license.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
