We are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a base salary of $18-20 per hour , with first-year projected earning potential of $50,000-$60,000 , including commissions and bonuses.

We are looking for someone already licensed, preferably with an active P&C License, or someone with a strong sales background willing to obtain their license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Requirement

• License Requirement : Preferred candidate would already have their Property and Casualty License or someone with a strong sales background that is willing to obtain their license.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
