Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to assess their Home and Auto insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Inbound Calls : Handle incoming inquiries, address questions, and offer policy solutions to clients.
Policy Development : Design personalized insurance plans that align with each client's specific requirements.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Possession of Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field advantageous.
Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus : Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
