Your Role?

• Providing Awesome Customer Service to our current clients and new prospects
• Processing Policy Changes for our clients and third parties
• Cross Sell opportunity development
• Expert on billing system
• Policy Coverage knowledge
• System Mastery of agency client management systems.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• License: Property & Casualty license is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in any industry.
• Attitude: A fantastic, caring attitude is a must!
• Skills: Strong communication and listening skills.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish are a must.
• Resilience: Capable of handling all types of client personalities, with a positive outlook.
