Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in insurance products through online lead generation channels.
• Conduct needs assessments and qualify leads to determine their insurance requirements and preferences.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and services, explain policy details, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing customer commitment to purchase insurance policies.
• Follow up with leads via email, SMS, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update CRM systems, and track sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• 1 year in outbound sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.81 - $20.34 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
