Position Summary:

The NetSuite Administrator will support the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, management. This position reports directly to the IT Director. This position will be on-site.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with Company-wide implementation and upgrades of NetSuite
• IT/NetSuite end-user support
• Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management across all platforms
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with the developing team on issues that cannot be initially resolved
• Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance
• manage custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and user roles to support business requirements
• Manage time and other resources to meet established goals within the agreed upon time frames
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required Experience:

• Developer/Reporting Designer within Accounting and/or Manufacturing
• 3rdParty Integration
• Proficient with: BOOMI
• Proficient with: Salto
• Proficient with: SPS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems degree
• Advanced experience can replace a formal education

Accounting background preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
