We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and financially successful. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of property management practices.
Responsibilities
•Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and financial performance.
•Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition and comply with all regulations.
•Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
•Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
•Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
•Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
•Ensure all lease agreements are properly executed and maintained, and manage lease renewals and terminations.
•Market and lease vacant units to minimize vacancy rates and maximize rental income.
•Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered to properties.
•Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
•Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
•Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and standards.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Valid Texas real estate license.
