- Manging intake of HQ real estate requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.
- Contributing to pre-review/preparing responses to contract documents and information requests.
- Reviewing title reports and surveys relating to real property sales; proposing curative work on property titles.
- Assisting with invoice processing and upkeep of digital files.
- Composing post-closing binders when appropriate and preparing summaries of complex transactions.
- Managing intake of sourcing requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.
- Addressing basic client requests for documents and pre-draft basic extensions, additional seats, and pricing change requests.
- Assisting with intake and logging of cybersecurity and NDA requests.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Have an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certification.
- Have extensive experience as a Paralegal and reviewing documentation.
- Have excellent organization and communication skills.
- Have a basic understanding of legal terminology and processes.
