The Senior Supervisor for the IRA Operations serves as the subject matter expert onIRA rules and IRS regulations and leads the daily activities of the team toensure the achievement of the corporate goals for growth, retention and qualityservice. The scope of this position includes the oversight of the personnelwithin the department as well as interfacing with all levels of management,various departments, business partners, and bank customers. This role works intandem with the Manager, Compliance, Legal and Tax to ensure all proceduresadhere to applicable IRA regulations & laws
