Administrative support for the SmartAuction Dealer Lending Team
The Work Itself
- Complete underwriting and applicable due diligence on dealerships applying for SmartAuction while utilizing internal and external resources
- Complete Customer identification program (CIP)
- Salesforce updates - opportunities are promptly entered in system
- Seek opportunities to drive additional efficiencies and effectiveness into the SmartAuction lending process
- Manage exposure utilizing current company risk management policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure strict compliance
- Provide superior customer service
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years' experience in financial services or similar industry.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
- Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
- Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of Automotive industry
