Job Title: Case Manager
Duties & Responsibilities: Case Manager sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 shifts, 8a-5p. Registered Nurse will work on weekends and holidays.

- OR and WA dual RN license
- BLS
- 1 year Case Manager experience
