Responsibilities:

  • Apply your creativity and legal expertise to process interesting, complex employment-based immigration cases and client matters.
  • Prepare and file visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for foreign national clients, with an emphasis on talent visas such as O1-A, O1-B, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW.
  • Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employer clients on immigration-related matters.
  • Maintain organized case files and databases, monitor visa validity periods and expiration dates, and coordinate with employer clients to obtain necessary information and documentation for visa renewals and extensions when necessary
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide product feedback.
  • Work closely with supervising attorney and legal teams to develop, improve, and implement new case workflows, protocols, and client resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting and filing talent visa cases, with a focus on O1-A, O1-B, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
  • The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a client service mindset, attention to detail, and a desire to achieve a high level of productivity.
  • Experience in developing new firm protocols, case templates, and providing best practices feedback, is a plus!
