```Duties:```
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions
- Support individuals with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the individual's well-being

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in social work or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Familiarity with assisted living and memory care practices
- Proficient in taking vital signs and monitoring health conditions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
