Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Oversee the implementation of nursing care plans and ensure adherence to best practices
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to maintain accurate medical records
- Provide guidance on hospice care, Medicare regulations, and nursing administration
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in shift management
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, physiology, and medical records management
- Previous experience working as a nurse or in a healthcare leadership role
- Familiarity with hospice care protocols and Medicare guidelines
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and families
