Job Title: Dispute Analyst(Fraud) Location: San Antonio, TX

Develop queries, analyses, and reports to identify key data elements that can be utilized to monitor and identify fraud trends. Maintain and run accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly MIS. Create and manage decision effectiveness (fraud strategy performance evaluation and detection metrics) MIS and monitoring MIS - for fraud and disputes, identify underperforming strategy segments, and revise strategies. Support fraud detection efforts through data analysis, real-time strategy building, and MIS. Work closely with management to share findings and assist in identifying current fraud trends and root causes, identify fraud risk gaps, and collaborate with senior analysts on recommendations. Provide continuous analytical support with various types of ongoing fraud investigations. Ensure Proper controls are in place for the detection and prevention of suspicious activity to include but not limited to the use of automated systems, reports, and other technological tools. Clearly articulate findings and observations and make recommendations as appropriate. Employ necessary BI/reporting tools like Excel and SQL. Work with other business teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting while minimizing redundancy.
