Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide support to medical staff during procedures
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Ensure patient rooms are clean and organized
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:
- Experience in critical care, ICU, or memory care settings
- Knowledge of catheter care and medical records management
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities
- Exposure to clinic or outpatient settings is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems like Cerner

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
