Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in acute pain management, medical records, and HIPAA compliance.

Duties:

- Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
- Administer IV infusions and medications
- Perform phlebotomy and IV starts
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize physiology knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center
- Proficiency in ophthalmology care is a plus
- Ability to phlebotomize and perform IV infusions
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
