Reporting Specialist - Risk Transformation & Execution
SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist to play a crucial role within our Risk Transformation and Execution team. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering insightful reports that support large-scale implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data visualization and proficiency in various reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.
Key Responsibilities
SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist to play a crucial role within our Risk Transformation and Execution team. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering insightful reports that support large-scale implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data visualization and proficiency in various reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for C-suite leadership, program managers, and other executives
- Leverage tools like Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and Report Builder to create impactful, repeatable reporting packages
- Deliver accurate and timely reports on program status, trends, data quality, and other key metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations
- Continuously improve reporting processes and explore new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and insights
- 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying reports
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and/or MicroStrategy
- Demonstrated ability to craft visually appealing and insightful reports
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
