Aloe Up Skin & Suncare is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Aloe Up sunscreen is a premium sunscreen brand that mainly services independent retailers in the golf, resort, and outdoor markets. We are a small team doing big things so every person matters. We are passionate about producing the best feeling sunscreen on the market and have been making product people love since 1983.

We are looking for a business to business (B2B) inside sales rep who is goal oriented and self motivated. Good communication skills and customer service will be essential. This position will be responsible for generating prospects, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers. This is a full-time on-site job, with the option to grow into 1 remote day a week. The main task of this position is calling potential customers to generate new accounts. The position will also provide proactive customer service to existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling on a list of all golf accounts nationwide to sell sunscreen to pro shops, pools, and tournaments
  • In the winter, calling on ski resorts
  • Proactively calling current customers to ensure they are well stocked with product
  • Understanding the products we sell and the accounts you are calling on in order to answer customers questions and recommend the best products for their market
  • Inputting orders in our system when received over the phone or by email
  • Tracking leads and managing tasks via our CRM

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone presence, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making multiple calls daily and sending emails
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills to keep track of leads, follow-up, and close deals

Experience with Nutshell, QuickBooks, RepSpark or any CRM or ERP systems a plus.

  • A base compensation will be provided plus commission on any accounts you start

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual excited to work at a small business with a fun team.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
