Job Description

• Assist the brew master to brew world-class craft beer
• Maintain records of each brew using a brewery management system
• Assess quality of the brew throughout the brewing process
• Maintain equipment within the brewery
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards throughout the brewery
• Partner and collaborate with distributors to ensure orders are fulfilled
• Collaborate and work closely with all company personnel
• Conducting bar and restaurant team educations, beer tastings and evening promotions

Qualifications

• 2 years brewing experience required
• Must be 21 years of age
• A passion for beer making and developing new beers
• Beer/alcohol beverage industry knowledge
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with brewing components
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
