Job Title: Overnight Assistant Operations Manager - Resort Cleaning
Location: Ko'olina, HI
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Overnight Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous janitorial management experience and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing the leadership team and team members to ensure clean, healthy, orderly, safe, and attractive conditions of the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas using professional cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals.
• Develop positive working relationships with team members based on mutual trust and respect.
• Demonstrate and explain company and departmental procedures to contribute to overall productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Develop and assist in departmental training programs.
• Manage labor and expenses within budgetary constraints.
• Inspect all areas daily to monitor workflow and correct discrepancies.
• Ensure team members work safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain equipment, conduct preventative maintenance, and manage inventory.
• Prepare and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate operational challenges to senior management.
• Project a professional image and maintain a positive company reputation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a crew of 25 or more.
• Minimum 4 years of facilities management in the janitorial industry preferred.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and sanitary practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and all types of weather conditions.

Shift/Hours: Full-Time, Overnight/Graveyard shift (starting as early as 9:00pm and departing as late as 8:00am). Responsible for attending at least 3 client walkthroughs per week.
