Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate server to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in working with elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner
- Ensure a clean and safe dining environment
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
