Aloha Pools & Spas began in the Cook family backyard in Trimble, TN 1969. It all started when our dad, John W. Cook was teaching our oldest sister, Deb, how to drive. He had forgotten to remind her to put the car in park when she turned it off, and as she got out it rolled into our above ground pool, damaging it beyond repair.

Dad promised that he'd build us all an inground pool next year. Not only did he stay true to his word but went on to establish a family-owned and operated company. Pools & Spas is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Parts/Warehouse Assistant Manager at our Union City, TN location. The person should be motivated, professional, and organized.

The requirements for this job include:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Managing warehouse staff and schedules.
• Ensuring efficient space utilization.
• Keeping track of inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Use inventory management software to keep accurate records.
• Regularly conduct physical counts to match digital records.
• Maintain clear communication with procurement, sales, and other relevant departments.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
• Clearly label and categorize all warehouse lots.
• Maintain an organized layout to maximize space and efficiency.
• Use data to make informed decisions about stocking and ordering.
• Keep storage areas clean and well-maintained.
• Regularly inspect equipment and storage systems for wear and tear.

On the job training will be provided. Experience in the pool & spa industry is preferred but not required.
