Description:
Aloha Senior Home Care is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on maintaining and enhancing client relationships through regular check-ins, home visits, and comprehensive follow-ups. You will be responsible for assessing and admitting new and prospective clients, advocating on their behalf, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback collection.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients through regular communication and home visits.
• Assess and admit new clients, ensuring a smooth integration into our care system.
• Advocate for client needs within the organization to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, providing supervision and training as necessary.
• Conduct home visits to ensure caregivers are implementing care plans effectively.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services.

Requirements:

• Preferred qualifications: RN, LVN, or CNA certification.
• Proven experience in a medical or caregiving background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and conduct home visits as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work from home, in the office, and on-site during client and caregiver visits.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $33.70 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
