About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be the key point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our products and services.

You'll focus on delivering a positive experience by offering timely and effective solutions to meet their needs

What you"ll do

  • Deliver exceptional support and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate and detailed information.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our platform.
