Job Title: Solutions Architect

Pay range: $60 to $65 per hour on W2 and C2C

This is a onsite position.

Position description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled 3DExperience Solution Architect with extensive expertise in the 3DX Enovia suite. The ideal candidate will have substantial industry knowledge, preferably in the automotive, composite, or manufacturing sectors. This role requires proficiency in introducing industry best practices, minimizing customization, and architecting out-of-the-box solutions. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with the implementation/development team to ensure the architected solution is delivered as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design Solutions:

• Develop and design robust 3DExperience solutions using the 3DX Enovia suite.

• Implement industry best practices to minimize customization and leverage out-of-the-box functionalities.

• Ensure the designed solutions align with business objectives and technical requirement

Industry Expertise:

• Apply substantial industry knowledge, particularly in the automotive, composite, or manufacturing sectors, to inform solution design and implementation.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.

Implementation and Development Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the implementation and development teams to ensure the architected solutions are delivered as intended.

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Effectively communicate solution designs and technical concepts to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

• Present complex engineering concepts in a simplified manner for user presentations and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Persuasion and Adaptability:

• Demonstrate the ability to persuade and adapt users to new ways of working, facilitating smooth transitions and user acceptance.

Industry 4.0 and MBSE:

• Possess a high-level understanding of Industry 4.0, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Master Data Management (MDM).

• Integrate these concepts into the solution architecture to enhance overall system efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication Skills:

• Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Simplify and convey complex engineering concepts to users, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Requirement:

• Deep expertise and master-level experience with the 3DX Enovia suite.

• Substantial industry knowledge, preferably in the automotive, composite, or manufacturing sectors.

• Proficiency in introducing industry best practices, minimizing customization, and architecting out-of-the-box solutions.

• Effective communication with the implementation/development team to ensure the architected solution is delivered as intended.

• Ability to persuade and adapt users to new ways of working.

• High-level understanding of Industry 4.0, MBSE, and MDM.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for user presentations.
