A passion for cheese, cheese production and flavor profiles are the foundation of this unique position at Alon's Bakery and Market. As a cheese monger, you will share knowledge with guests about the different and unique cheeses offered. Additionally create cheese tasting events and engage with guests.

Essential Job Functions

• Assists guests with cheese selection and shares knowledge of products
• Weighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation in a timely manner
• Ensures counter and display refrigerators neatly and accurately as per the pricing menu, and promptly informs management when food quantities or supplies are low
• Merchandizes displays attractively and rotates products per quality and First In First Out (FIFO) standards
• Cleans work station thoroughly
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
