Production Team Leader, Day Shift

Watlow, Winona Minnesota

As the Production Team Leader you will be responsible for leading team members at our World Class Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Winona Minnesota. Your key responsibilities include;

Insuring areas are staffed accordingly, understand workflow and daily demand.

Assisting with determining scope, budget and implementation timeframes.

Developing strong relationships and provide communication, prioritization and alignment.

Managing time and attendance.

Collaborating with senior management and H.R. on team staffing, training and employee relations.

A Bachelor's Degree or related experience (5-8 years) are necessary.

Project management experiences are required.

There are occassional Saturday shifts required.

Coaching and Servant Leadership skills.

Advanced training and technical certifications are disired qualifications.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
