Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) Worker to join our team. As an ARMHS Worker, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health concerns
- Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies for managing symptoms
- Teach life skills such as problem-solving, communication, and stress management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Provide education on mental health topics to clients, families, and the community

Experience:
- Previous experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Familiarity with individual and group counseling techniques
- Understanding of mental health counseling principles and practices
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions is a plus
- Knowledge of pediatric mental health care is beneficial
- Ability to work with individuals experiencing PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
