Job Title: Project ManagerJob Location: Pittsburgh, PADuration: 12 months with possible extension/ conversion FTEJob Description
- Leads product management intake and reporting processes for the Workplace Transformation/ Real Estate Book of work.
- Liaises with cross-functional teams to support the delivery the TSG Workplace Product, that addresses colleague, business partner and other internal client needs.
- Compiles data and status from sessions on design and implementation phases of the workplace product including adoption and delivery strategies.
- Liaises with cross-functional teams on workplace product topics and deliverables that are then communicated to more senior team members for interpretation, risk identification and ultimate decision-making.
- Analyzes reports from corporate systems and business partners to pull out data, and dependencies pertinent to our product delivery process.
- Supports analyses and compilation of information (such as financial reporting, deal analysis templates) required by business partners to determine a strategy business case, feasibility, funding and execution timelines.
- Assists in documenting project scope, status and meeting notes.
- Gathers and addresses action items, decisions, scope changes.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 4-6 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Project manager role with 3 years of experience
- Onsite 3 days per week in Pittsburgh
- This team is a liaison between the technology and real estate teams
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira experience required
- Any Audio/Visual experience would be a plus
- This is not a software development project
- No real estate/construction experience required
- PPM certification is a plus
- College degree is not required if the candidate has relevant experience
- Conversion to FTE is possible but not promised
