**Job Title:** Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations, assist CEO in managing calendar, and manage/take part in company projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management, organizational skills, and business development. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the overall success of our operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work with management to develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency

- Assist CEO in managing schedule and deliverables, Respond to emails as needed.

- Coordinate legal agreement updates and contracts

- Organize and manage document infrastructure, client contact, social marketing

- Assist CEO in Managing Quickbooks and expansion into W-2, Healthcare and 401K offerings

- Participate and manage in AFS annual audits and 3rd Party Risk Management

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on project management and strategic planning

- Strong background in process improvement and business development

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.91 - $23.14 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
