Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Lead and direct multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and objectives.
• Performance Management: Drive and achieve sales and profitability targets across the district. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Operational Excellence: Guarantee that all restaurants adhere to our operational standards, maintain brand compliance, and consistently deliver superior guest service.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and staff. Cultivate a culture of growth, learning, and accountability.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to our standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
• Financial Acumen: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L for each location. Identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or service.
• Marketing and Community Engagement: Work closely with marketing teams on effective promotional campaigns. Enhance brand presence through strong community relations.
• Problem-Solving: Efficiently address operational issues, customer complaints, and employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and legal standards, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive performance reports to senior management, with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-unit restaurant management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of managing and motivating teams to excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and informed decision-making.
• Committed to exceptional customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the district and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
