We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enhance our sales efforts by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products / services.
- Identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and networking.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
