Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charleston, WV. As an IT Technician at Alpha Technologies, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support on-site for a client. You will also assist with customer service and training related to IT systems and technologies.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Strong customer service skills
- Training experience in IT systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of VMWare, Windows Server and basic networking a must.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
