You would like this position if you are one who has experience in the following areas:

• Risk assessment
• Policy development
• Training
• Incident Management
• Safety compliance at federal, state and local levels
• Reporting
• Insurance vendor management and renewals
• Risk-related insurance claims and case management

Here's what you'll need:

• Proven experience in risk management, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Safety Management, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Relevant certifications in risk management or safety are a plus.
• A genuine passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of children
