We are a printing plant located in the Denver Metro area. We are seeking a print plant operations manager.
Experience is a must in management and operations of a print plant.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage a group of 13 employees both in operations and customer service.
- Have knowledge of print materials.
- Oversee quality control.
- Have knowledge in utilizing print technology estimating, production and managing electronic movement of orders through the plant.
- Good people skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage all departments within the print plant.
- Willingness to interact with customers visiting the plant.
- Articulate in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage stress appropriately.
- Interview prospective applicants as needed.
- Manage the work in progress meetings and manual board.
- Ability to manage the cash draw, and petty cash.
- Interact with multiple satellite locations.
- ability to process online order submissions.
We provide 401k, partial medical contribution, paid holidays, vacation and bonuses based on the business performance.
