We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a renowned client in Richmond, VA, known as an expert service provider at the forefront of the vacation ownership industry, providing premier title and escrow services.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the firm’s real estate title and foreclosure teams. This includes tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail and packages, and providing general office support.
