Overview
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that HR strategies align with the organization s goals.
Responsibilities
Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Manage the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to employees.
Compensation and Benefits: Analyze compensation trends and design competitive compensation packages. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve disputes. Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Management Skills
Leadership: Motivate and inspire the HR team to achieve department goals.
Collaboration: Work effectively with leaders across the organization to align HR strategies.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve HR issues in a timely and effective manner.
Communication: Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
