Alpine Solutions Group is Hiring a Medical Biller Near Phoenix, AZ
We are currently looking for an Appeals Negotatior to join our client who is a massive leader in the Medical Air Transportation space. In this role, you'll have the chance to apply your skills and expertise in medical billing, claims, and collection.
This is an Onsite position in Phoenix, AZ that comes with paid lunch everyday, a $7,500 sign on bonus, and quarterly bonuses. Base salary ($50k-65k) depends on years of work experience, degrees, and any certificates.
Requirements
- This is an ONSITE position must be fine working in office 5 days a weeek
- 5 years MINIMUM of healthcare insurance experience
- 5 years of experience with healthcare billing/medical billing, insurance follow up, healthcare AR, healthcare claims,
- Has lead a team before within healthcare billing
- Experience in revenue cycle within healthcare
- Strong willed and confident- ability to hold the payor accountable, and for claims to be processed on the spot, won’t get intimidated by the Payor, Wont take no for an answer
- Proven negotiation skills (they will negotiate with insurance companies)
- Experience getting on the phone with insurance payors
- High school diploma
- Ability to type 40 wpm and use the 10 key by touch
