Godoy Foot & Ankle Center in Wayne, NJ is looking for one medical receptionist to join our team. We are located on 468 Parish Dr Suite 4.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Learn and navigate our EMR, EPIC, ideally experience with EPIC.
- Be able to successfully multitask phone calls, check ins, check-outs etc, in a busy environment
- Collect copays/payments
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Check health insurance eligibility and benefits
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Experience as a medical office receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of EPIC Electronic Medical Record a plus
